About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bench Hand Joiner to join my clients woodworking team. The successful candidate will assist in the production and assembly of high-quality timber products, ensuring precision and attention to detail on the workshop bench.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

  • Prepare materials for production, including sanding, planing, and fitting
  • Maintain a clean and organised workbench and workshop area

  • Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy

  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bench hand or in a similar joinery role preferred

  • Basic understanding of woodworking tools and machinery

  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
