Your Role:

  • Deliver BREEAM assessments across all stages-from pre-assessment to post-construction.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors to meet sustainability objectives.
  • Prepare and submit evidence to support BREEAM credits.
  • Stay up to date with changing legislation and BREEAM standards.
  • Provide sustainability advice and insights to improve environmental performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of experience in a consultancy or construction environment.
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
  • Background in sustainability, architecture, environmental science, or engineering.
  • BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus-not essential, but definitely an advantage.
  • Experience with Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) would also be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
