1. Civils Supervisor
We are seeking a Civils Supervisor with SSSTS and CSCS certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong civils background and will be responsible for overseeing civils work, liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage civils work on-site.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- SSSTS and CSCS certifications.
- Proven experience in civils work.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
2. Commercial Role
We are also looking for a skilled professional to fill a Commercial Position based out of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing valuations, surveying, and estimating, with a strong background in dealing with subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations, surveying, and estimating for various projects.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and bids.
- Provide support to the project management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial role within the construction industry.
- Strong background in dealing with subcontractors.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
