Douglas Scott are currently working with a leading, defendant Healthcare law firm who are seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and cohesive team, within a firm that offers a competitive salary, top quality work and excellent career prospects. As a Clinical Negligence Associate, you will manage a complex caseload of NHS Resolutions matters from inception to completion, and will also have the responsibility of providing supervision to more junior members of the team. The ideal candidate should have between 3-6 years' PQE with strong experience of managing complex Clinical Negligence cases. Whilst defendant experience would be ideal, candidates with a claimant background should also apply. The firm offer flexible/hybrid working (two days per week in the office), and a range of employee benefits to include:
