About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This role involves delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, converting new business, and retaining existing clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey, resolving queries, and achieving individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Convert new business opportunities and retain existing customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries, renewals, and complaints professionally.
  • Sell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Work towards and exceed sales and service KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and maintain compliance standards.
  • Ensure fair customer treatment, delivering clear and understandable information.
