In this role, you will work exclusively on commercial projects and prepare accurate estimates and tenders for M&E and renewable projects, liaise with suppliers for competitive pricing, assess risks and value engineering options, and work closely with the team to ensure profitable, smooth project delivery
This role would suit an Estimator with a Mechanical background that is looking to join an extremely ambitious, award winning company and play a crucial part in their continued growth.
The Person
- Has proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or M&E contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and happy to train on electrical side
- Driving License
The Role
- Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to gather cost information
- Support the handover process from estimating to operations
- Regular site visits and interaction
