We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking potential candidates for the below opportunity as a First Fix Plumber working cohesively with a Social Housing schemeacross Manchester & Surrounding areas.
Whats required - Qualified or Timeserved First Fix Plumber whos duties will be but not limited too, full refurbishment ofwetrooms, installation of tray pumps waste, removal of existing & the install of new toilet, sinkand shower units.
It is vital foroperatives to be completely aware that this role is working for a Social Housing association within Tenanted properties acrossCentral Manchester and Surrounding areas. Due to this, a Company van isprovided to subsidisethe outgoing day-to-day costs, however it is key applicantscan provide their own tools on a daily basis and must uphold a respectable and professional manner at all times.
Offeringan initial 12 Week Temporary placementwith full intentionfor the right candidateto be taken on permanently after this Tenure.
The initial 12 Week placmenet will be paid at a rate of 18ph however after this succesful period is completed a package of 35k Per Anum with additional company benefitswill be offered.
