French Speaking Account Executive

Trafford Park

Salary: Up to £27,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours: Mon – Thurs 9am - 5.30pm, Fri 9am - 4.15pm

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

My client is a market leader in the promotional merchandise industry. Customer service is everything to them and they're proud to stand out from the crowd providing a service second to none for their clients.

To support continued growth, we're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people to join our existing teams.

You will be responsible for:

Preparing quotations
Dealing with customer enquiries
Processing orders
Negotiating with suppliers
Supporting our Account Managers.
Providing first class customer service.

What you'll need:

At least 18 month's previous customer service experience, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment.
Be fluent in French and English both written and verbal
Experience of preparing quotes, negotiating and processing orders
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels.
To be a real team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed, with exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role.
You will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results.
Both commercial and sales awareness are key to being successful in this role.
You will be computer literate with good keyboard skills
