Urban Connect are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Physics Engineer for an MEP consultancy with 3 UK offices, in a period of consistent growth, joining the Head Office in Manchester.

This is a great opportunity to work for an employee owned trust working on varied projects from 10m - 200m+ in build value. They will invest heavily in your development and have an excellent track record of encouraging progression through increased responsibility.

Main Duties/responsibilities Of The Role Will Include

  • Development of IES and Simplified Building Energy models
  • Conduct TM52 & TM59 Overheating assessments and produce reports
  • Preparing clear, concise reports and communicating findings to internal design teams
  • Collaborating with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions

They have a team of 35 engineers in Manchester with a team of 8 building physics engineers (4 in Manchester)
