Urban Connect are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Physics Engineer for an MEP consultancy with 3 UK offices, in a period of consistent growth, joining the Head Office in Manchester.

Main Duties/responsibilities Of The Role Will Include
- Development of IES and Simplified Building Energy models
- Conduct TM52 & TM59 Overheating assessments and produce reports
- Preparing clear, concise reports and communicating findings to internal design teams
- Collaborating with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions

They have a team of 35 engineers in Manchester with a team of 8 building physics engineers (4 in Manchester)
