The Role:

As a Graduate Property Administrator, you will join a dynamic and supportive team within a busy insolvency practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within the property and insolvency sector. Full training will be provided, alongside structured support towards relevant professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the management and administration of property matters relating to insolvency cases

  • Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, estate agents, landlords and tenants

  • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence

  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Supporting senior team members with day-to-day casework

  • Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

About You:
  • Predicted or achieved a strong degree (2:1 or above preferred)

  • Excellent A-Level results (minimum AAB or equivalent preferred)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment

  • Eager to learn and develop a long-term career within a professional services environment
