The Role

As Guest Experience Host, you'll be the face of the building - the first smile people see and the warm welcome that sets the tone for their day. You'll make visitors and occupiers feel genuinely cared for, manage bookings for meeting spaces, and take pride in ensuring every corner of the building feels professional, polished, and welcoming. This isn't just a front-desk job. It's about delivering five-star service with heart, personality and a sharp eye for detail. You'll become a trusted presence in the building, building strong relationships, anticipating needs, and helping everything run smoothly.

  • Deliver a warm, memorable greeting for all visitors and occupiers - making each interaction personal and professional

  • Build relationships with people across the building - remembering names, preferences and adding thoughtful touches that create lasting impressions

  • Own the front-of-house spaces - making sure lobbies, lounges, washrooms, and shared facilities are clean, inviting and functioning well

  • Manage meeting room bookings, including calendar coordination, room setup, refreshments, and tech needs

  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, using sound judgement and initiative to respond effectively

  • Handle calls and emails across multiple inboxes, with clarity and professionalism

  • Support with building-related communications, events, local area promotion and day-to-day operations

  • Promote and manage usage of the visitor management app

  • Keep supplies stocked and deliveries flowing smoothly

  • Always be present, visible and ready to support

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or similar front-of-house role

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and similar tools

  • Able to work proactively and independently, with strong organisational skills

  • Fast and accurate typing

  • A genuine interest in people and creating outstanding experiences
