Overseeing the delivery of both internal and client projects—from concept through to production

-
Supporting business development efforts with technical input and strategic oversight
-
Representing engineering in senior leadership discussions, contributing to company direction and growth
What We’re Looking For:
-
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and projects, ideally within a product-focused environment
-
Strong background in electronics design, with hands-on experience in areas like PCB development, embedded systems, or RF/power electronics
-
Deep understanding of engineering processes, quality standards, and project management principles
-
Comfortable working in a hybrid consultancy/product development business model
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
-
A relevant engineering degree (or higher); experience in regulated sectors is a strong advantage
