KeyResponsibilities

  • Conductadiagnosticreviewofcurrentworkplaceadjustmentprocesses,identifyinggapsandopportunitiesforimprovement.
  • Produceapracticalreportwithclearrecommendationsto:
  • Improveefficiencyandaccessibilityforcolleaguesrequiringadjustments.
  • Supportmanagersinfulfillingtheirresponsibilities.
  • EnsurecompliancewiththeEqualityAct2010.
  • DraftandpresentanupdatedWorkplaceAdjustmentsPolicy.
  • Designaclearprocessflowforhandlingadjustments.
  • Engagestakeholdersthroughinterviewsandworkshops,incorporatingfeedbackintorecommendationsandpolicyupdates.
  • Exploreoptionsformanagingworkplaceadjustmentcosts.
  • Developaphasedimplementationplan.

EssentialCriteria

  • DemonstrableexperienceasaHealth&WellbeingPractitionerorsimilarrole,withstrongexpertiseinworkplaceadjustmentsanddisabilityinclusion.
  • KnowledgeoftheEqualityAct2010andemployerobligationsregardingreasonableadjustments.
  • Experiencedraftingorupdatingpoliciesandprocessestoimproveorganisationalpractice.
  • Strongstakeholderengagementskills,withexperiencefacilitatingworkshopsorinterviews.
  • Abilitytoanalyseissuesandproduceactionable,evidence-basedrecommendations.
  • Excellentorganisationalandcommunicationskills,withattentiontodetail.
