The Role

Working alongside and learning from the Client Solutions Managers, you will be supporting with managing both media / digital agency and client relationships providing best in class customer service, and managing and growing regional accounts through building strong commercial relationships. You will help to ensure campaigns are set up smoothly, presenting mid campaign reviews and providing insight and seeking up weight opportunities where possible. This is a great opportunity to grow within a role to eventually take full ownership of the regional accounts and develop professionally as the account base grows. You will be comfortable presenting performance reports as well as helping agencies present new ideas to clients.

Your Profile

This role could suit an entry level candidate or graduate with an interest in digital, advertising, marketing or media, or someone with up to 18 months experience of planning media campaigns within a media or digital agency. You will be comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines, successfully multi-tasking and able to juggle priorities. You will be an effective communicator both written and verbal with the ability to prepare clear and concise client ready documents. A good numbers person with a strong eye for detail with a proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities.
