Do you have experience selling Luxury Cruise product such as Regent, Silversea, Seabourn, Oceania ,Swan Hellenic or Hurtigruten?

My successful, luxury tour operator client is expanding their luxury cruise team and looking for an experienced and driven Luxury Cruise Sales Consultant with a passion for travel and proven track record of selling luxury cruise holidays. You will be required to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury cruise sales, be confident in your communication and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

You will be responsible for tailoring luxury cruise holidays, providing expert advice and delivering a personalised customer service to meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Sell luxury tailormade cruise packages to clients with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a consultative approach to help them choose their perfect cruise holiday.
  • Expert Knowledge: Provide expert advice on luxury cruise products, destinations, and travel experiences, including ship details, itineraries and exclusive offers.
  • Consultation: Conduct thorough consultation to understand client preferences and produce tailor made cruise experiences.
  • Follow- Up: Promptly follow up on client enquiries, leads and feedback to ensure you are delivering excellent service and securing repeat business.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all pre and post cruise customer interactions are handled professionally, providing excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales team, marketing, product and service to deliver a seamless customer journey and achieve business goals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ideally, you will have worked from home and sold luxury cruise holidays. In addition if you have Worldwide travel sales experience and have good knowledge of Worldwide destinations this is a bonus! You will enjoy high commission rates and get a basic salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience, along with uncapped OTE.
