This role sits within the Migrations Team, helping customers transition smoothly onto new policies while delivering an exceptional service.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Managing policy migrations, ensuring customers are supported throughout the process.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize conversions.

What We’re Looking For:
