Your new companyWorking for one of Manchester's largest social housing providers, landlord to 14,000 properties, providing homes for over 29,000 people in South Manchester.In the next five years, they plan to build 1100 new homes to make a lasting positive impact on the local community

.Your new roleYou will be working within the responsive repair team. Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance to customers' homes. You will be a competent joiner with experience of working with domestic properties.

What you'll need to succeed- NVQ Joinery/ Time-Served - Full UK Driving Licence- Tools to carry out domestic joinery work- Customer Service skills- Previous social housing experience is preferred

Desirable Skills

Multi-skilled in other trades
Experience using a PDA
Experience working on responsive repairs for a social housing provider
