We’re excited to welcome a motivated and experienced individual to join our well-established team. Working under the guidance of our Area Manager – Repairs, the successful candidate will take on the role of FRA Labourer, carrying out a range of general labouring tasks to a consistently high standard. This includes general maintenance duties such as carpentry, as well as minor fire door remedial works, all in support of The Group’s wider operations.What do our FRA Labour’s do;

  • Install, repair, and renew floors, partitions, roofs, glazing, fencing, kitchen units, doors, windows, and more.

  • Carry out minor plumbing, plastering, tiling, and brickwork repairs.

  • Perform non-accredited Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works, with training opportunities available for accreditation.

  • Conduct routine safety checks on plant, equipment, and company vehicles.

  • Liaise professionally with clients and customers, ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Supervise apprentices and assist in workload planning.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Participate in an emergency out-of-hours call-out rota.

What we are looking for;

  • Experience working as part of a multi-discipline team in a busy environment.

  • Proven ability to deliver quality work on time and manage a demanding workload.

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.

  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and flexible to meet business needs.

  • Valid driving licence and ability to responsibly operate company vehicles.

  • Competent in using digital systems for job management.

Experiance:
