shift's 4on 4off 2days and 2nights

The Company:

Our client is part of a multinational manufacturing group, this company manufacture bespoke products for industrial applications. The site in Manchester is full of the latest manufacturing technologies. As a result of this new technology and increased demand for their services they are now looking for a Multi Skilled maintenance engineer to join their team.

The Role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will include:

A mix of Reactive Maintenance and project work.
PPM, process improvements

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.
identify faults, diagnose, and repair and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and ensure that all equipment is safe and compliant with relevant legislation and standards.

The Candidate:

To be successful in your application as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you must have the following skills or attributes:

Must have an NVQ level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
Must have previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer.
Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team.
