Our client, a very well established and well respected firm of Independent Financial Planners based in Manchester are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their adviser support team.You will prepare recommendations and produce suitability reports, including implementing recommendations and reviewing the client's financial affairs, and preparing and maintaining client records.The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

  • Diploma qualified or progressing toward Diploma qualification.
  • 2 years' experience writing suitability reports.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the company's advisers
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Writing suitability reports (reports relating to new business)
  • Completing client review reports
  • Generating ideas to improve our business
  • Inputting information into cashflow planning software
  • Working with our risk profiling software
  • Uploading client data to the CRM system
  • Completing application and transfer documents

The role is in office in Didsbury 4 days a week with the option to work from home 1 day a week.You will be working within the suitability report team, a team which would contain three other people. The wider back office has fourteen people. The back office supports eleven advisers.
