Payroll Onboarding Consultant

We're hiring a Payroll Onboarding Consultant to join a fast-growing, award-winning global SaaS business in Manchester. This role is perfect for a payroll professional who enjoys working with clients, delivering excellent service, and supporting smooth onboarding transitions.

Main duties:

  • Support new clients through the payroll onboarding process
  • Manage seamless transitions from previous payroll providers
  • Build strong relationships with new clients and understand their needs
  • Assist with payroll parallel runs and system setup
  • Check payroll accuracy and ensure data matches previous providers
  • Deliver clear communication and excellent customer service throughout onboarding

What we're looking for:

  • Experience onboarding payroll clients in a bureau/accountancy practice or implementing payroll systems in-house would be desirable
  • Strong payroll knowledge
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.
