An established and expanding legal firm in South Manchester is seeking a skilled Solicitor to join its Litigation and Personal Injury team. This is a strategic hire to support increased workload and provide cover for an upcoming maternity leave (ending November). The successful candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA Personal Injury claims
- Handle matters across IOC, MOJ Portal, MIB Portal, and Credit Hire
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Make informed decisions on case strategy and progression
- 3 Solicitors
- 1 Paralegal
- 3 Administrative Support Staff
- 1 Team Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in litigation and personal injury claims
- Strong working knowledge of MOJ and MIB portals
- Experience in Credit Hire litigation is highly desirable
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
We are also recruiting for a Claims Handler to manage portal-based cases.Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annumThis role is suited to a qualified professional with experience in personal injury claims handling.
