Property Post-Completions AssistantLocation: Liverpool or Manchester | Type: Permanent | Hours: Full-time (part-time considered) A leading law firm is looking for a proactive Property Post-Completions Assistant to join its busy, supportive team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of files including commercial, residential, leasehold, and new-build matters, managing everything from SDLT returns to Land Registry and Companies House applications. What you'll do
  • File SDLT returns and manage Land Registry / Companies House applications
  • Track progress, meet deadlines, and handle requisitions
  • Prepare completion statements and manage notices, payments, and indemnity policies
  • Liaise confidently with solicitors, clients, and third parties
  • Support a collaborative and fast-paced property team
What we're looking for
  • At least 12 months' post-completion experience
  • Confident with Land Registry and Companies House portals (Infotrack and Proclaim a plus)
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and a great communicator
  • Team player with a proactive and professional approach
