We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the white-collar job market and be able to provide guidance and support to unemployed professionals as they navigate the job search process. The mentor will also be responsible for developing and implementing mentoring programs and activities, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one mentoring to unemployed professionals
• Develop and implement mentoring programs and activities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of mentoring programs
• Network with employers and other professionals to identify job opportunities for mentees
• Provide career counselling and advice to mentees
• Facilitate workshops and presentations on career development topics
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the white-collar job market

Qualifications:

• Educated to Degree level with IAG certification desirable
• Experience in professional mentoring or career counselling
• Strong understanding of the white-collar job market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Successful candidates will need to pass a background screening check
