It proudly serves a full range of Joseph Holt cask and keg beers, alongside the much-loved Carrs Pasties. This site is a true community hub offering weekend entertainment, midweek bingo, Sky and TNT Sports, and regular family fun days across key trading weekends.
The pub is also proud of its strong ties with local veterans and British Legion groups, helping it to play a vital role in community life. With front seating and a large rear beer garden featuring both picnic benches and covered spaces, The Silver Birch is set up for high footfall and outdoor trade.
Currently, the business averages £15k per week in wet sales, with significant potential to grow beyond this with the right operator focusing on community engagement, sales-driving activity, and team leadership.
This is an ideal opportunity for a current Manager or Retail Partner looking to take their next step into managing a larger wet-led community pub within a supportive, respected brewery.

Previous experience operating £15k+ sales each week
Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry
The successful applicant(s) will need to manage a large team and ensure that their business is at the heart of the local community, with innovative entertainment and charitable events.
Passionate about pubs and selling beer

Enthusiasm to lead and motivate your team
Experience in operating a high volume wet led business is essential
