Real Estate Paralegal - Manchester Salary: Competitive | Hours: Full-time (part-time considered) Looking to take the next step in your legal career with a firm that values your skills and helps you grow? A leading UK law firm is looking for a talented Real Estate Paralegal to join its thriving Real Estate team. This is your chance to work on high-quality property transactions, support senior lawyers on complex deals, and get involved in interesting client work from day one. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team in a firm that invests in your development and celebrates your achievements. What you'll be doing
  • Opening and closing files, onboarding clients, and ensuring compliance is met
  • Preparing Land Registry and Companies House applications
  • Drafting and proofreading leases, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Ordering property searches and retrieving official Land Registry documents
  • Preparing stamp duty land tax submissions
  • Managing diaries, updating clients, and chasing third parties to keep matters moving
  • Maintaining accurate case records and meeting key deadlines
  • Getting involved in supervised fee-earning work if you're looking to progress
What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years' experience in real estate property work (residential experience also considered)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple matters
  • A client-focused mindset with great communication skills
