- Opening and closing files, onboarding clients, and ensuring compliance is met
- Preparing Land Registry and Companies House applications
- Drafting and proofreading leases, contracts, and other legal documents
- Ordering property searches and retrieving official Land Registry documents
- Preparing stamp duty land tax submissions
- Managing diaries, updating clients, and chasing third parties to keep matters moving
- Maintaining accurate case records and meeting key deadlines
- Getting involved in supervised fee-earning work if you're looking to progress
- At least 2 years' experience in real estate property work (residential experience also considered)
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple matters
