Roles: -

  • Preparing payment packs at the point hire concludes
  • Negotiating settlement of outstanding losses with insurers directly, utilising technical knowledge to maximise the invoice recovery
  • Comprehensively onboarding clients for the litigation process on matters that are unable to settle
  • Liaising with Personal Injury firms and factoring companies on dual handled matters to exchange information and progress cases

The successful applicant will have/demonstrate: -

  • Sound knowledge of both GTA and Non GTA hire processes
  • Thorough knowledge of key Credit Hire issues and their respective arguments; such as need, rate, period etc
  • Knowledge of governing case laws and their respective precedents
  • Proven negotiation skills, both on the phone and via persuasive correspondence
  • The ability to proactively manage a portfolio of (Apply online only) cases
  • Carry out comprehensive reviews on a variety of case specific issues
  • Accurately recording actions and updating MI
  • A high level of customer service
  • The ability to organise/prioritise work as needed to meet SLAs, customer expectations and business needs

  • Use of Proclaim
  • Working understanding of Personal injury cases pre and post OIC portal
