Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the sales team with administration tasks, including preparing reports and presentations and scheduling meetings
- Acting as a liaison between the sales team and their customers
- Managing customer reports and pricing communications
- Handling smaller accounts and contributing to sales forecasting
- Updating the CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records
- Conducting market research and trend analysis when required
- Overseeing the sample process and assisting with customer meetings and tradeshows
- Assisting the sales manager
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous sales administration experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels both face to face and over the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
