From You?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international shipping or logistics sales
  • Strong network of industry contacts and knowledge of global trade routes and carriers
  • Proven ability to close large, complex international deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, customs processes, and global compliance requirements

The Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive international shipping revenue
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key import/export clients, freight forwarders, and trade partners
  • Identify market opportunities and develop customised shipping solutions
  • Lead high-value contract negotiations with global clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal operations, customs, and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities in international trade
  • Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to senior leadership
