As the SEO Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive agency offering the opportunity to shape the search strategy for leading retail, property and destination brands!

The Role:

  • Create and execute robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
  • Produce high-quality, search-friendly content that reflects each client's tone of voice and marketing aims.
  • Carry out keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and in-depth SEO audits to guide strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with developers to roll out technical SEO enhancements and site improvements.
  • Monitor, interpret, and report on SEO metrics, offering clear insights and recommendations.
  • Act as the primary SEO contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring high standards of delivery.
  • Assist the Head of Media with website projects, including scoping, development, launches, and ongoing optimisation

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience working in SEO (agency-side experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO methodologies.
  • Proven ability to write and refine content that performs well for both search engines and users.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence to manage relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • A collaborative approach, working smoothly with designers, developers, and account teams.
  • Interest or experience in website project management (advantageous but not essential).
