Site Manager – Roofing

We are seeking an experiencedSMSTS Site Managerfor a long-termIndustrial Roofing projectbased in Trafford, Manchester. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate teams of subcontractors.
• Support and liaise closely with the Project Management team.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Uphold quality standards throughout all project stages.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or operational issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry qualifications.
• ValidSMSTSandFirst Aidcertification.
• Proven experience managinglarge industrial and roofing projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Details:

• Pay Rate:Approx. 250 per day (depending on experience)
• Duration:12 months (long-term contract)
• Start:Early November
