Specialist Disputes Advisor

Job Type: full-time, permanent
Shift patterns: 9am – 5pm and 12pm – 8pm (alternate)
                          

Summary of This Role:

The Specialist Disputes Advisor will be responsible for research and resolution of customer disputes and charge backs. This role requires detailed transaction research, analytical skills, and documentation of actions taken including phone calls from account holders as well as communication via email (Zendesk). You will evaluate dispute claims to establish chargeback rights. You will apply bank and card industry regulations and practices in resolving disputes.

A keen eye to identify patterns and trends is crucial to prevent risk and improve overall customer service. Engage with cardholders to advise on card transaction queries.
