Description
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation.
- Handle employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Process statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and pensions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll operations.
- Implement improvements to streamline payroll processes where possible.
Profile
A successful Standalone Payroller should have:
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Experience within the professional services industry is advantageous.
Job Offer
