Telesales Executive, Manchester (remote working)
Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Europe’s largest media groups who offer a wide range of very well known print, audio and digital advertising/marketing solutions. They currently seek an experienced Telesales Executive to work within the North West sales team on a remote basis to help increase sales revenue through lead generation and appointment setting. Â
Duties: Â
- Appointment Setting: Proactively contact new, lost, and lapsed customers to secure meetings and appointments for Account Managers and Directors.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to identify and nurture potential business leads, targeting both new and existing clients.
- Support Account Managers & Directors: Assist in driving new business by providing sales support, coordinating with the team on client follow-ups, and preparing client information for meetings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities, using the CRM system to manage the pipeline effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Work to KPIs: Thrive in a proactive, fast-paced environment with weekly KPIs and targets to meet. Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver consistent results.
You will have:
- Telesales Experience: Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting, ideally within media or a solution sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients over the phone.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales Drive: A self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can work independently and meet targets.
- Proactive and Fast-Paced: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment while meeting weekly KPIs.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach to supporting Account Managers (field sales) and Directors in driving new business.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other software tools to track leads and manage client information.
