Purpose of the role:

To contribute to the effective delivery of the Asset Management Planning, Estates Management and Valuation functions.

To lead the delivery of identified areas of responsibility including the following disciplines:

Disposal of land and property assets declared surplus to the requirements of the Council.
Management of the let estate.
Acquisition of property interests for corporate schemes and plans.
Valuation of landed assets for all revenue and capital purposes.

Property review and the implementation and development of asset management planning processes.

350 a day umbrella

3-6 months initially
