Northbuild Recruitment is seeking a CSCS Carded Handyman for an immediate start on a large residential new build site in Little Hulton (M38).
The role involves completing an internal snagging list, including tasks such as patching work, mastic and silicone works, painting touch-ups, and basic joinery fittings.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with a pay rate of up to £40 to £45 per hour for a minimum of 40 to 45 hours a week.
Candidates are required to have past residential experience, relevant references, and their own tools for the job.
This is a long-term role that offers immediate employment opportunities.

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking fo fill the below position for an IMMEDIATE start:

CSCS Carded Handyman required to start IMMEDIATELY on a Large Residendial New Build Site in Little Hulton, (M38)with duties to follow an Internal Snagging list to complete remedial fixes such as:

- Patching work
- Mastic & silicoln works
- Painting touch ups / fixes
- Basic joinery fittings & arks etc
- Associated snagging tasks / CML's

Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 paying up to 40 TO 45hrs a week minimum at - CIS Payment is available

Past Residential experience is highly sought after with relevant references.

These are Long Term roles & Require operatives to have their OWN Tools.
