Interim School Business and Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to join a secondary school based in Greater Manchester. They require someone to join them in December for the academic year, paid on a competitive daily rate.
This school has an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing their day-to-day business and operations. You will work closely with the Headteacher to ensure their resources and systems enable outstanding teaching and learning and the school is run in the most effective way. You will have management responsibilities for 5 members of staff.
This role can be considered on a 3 - 5 day per week basis, hours 8am-4pm.

-Catering
-Sites
-HR
-Finance
Experience Required:
- Proven leadership in a senior operations or business role within a school
- Effective people management skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and best practices in schools
