Paediatric Healthcare Assistant

The Role

You'll be providing support to a young client within their own environment who is happy, loving and has a charismatic personality who loves social activities and requires support from likeminded care professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with children
  • Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care (Desirable)
  • Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence in providing care to children with complex needs
  • Confidence in working 1:1
  • Warm & bubbly approach, willing to engage and show empathy.
  • Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
  • A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care
