AsDeputy General Manageryou'll be the right hand to our General Manager, helping to run the pub day-to-day.We are looking for a natural leader with infectious enthusiasm, previous supervisory or management experience, and a genuine passion for the guest experience.
The Fletchers Arms is managed by Zac who over the last 6 years has risen through the ranks at Almond Family Pubs. Zac has grown a strong and stable team that pride themselves on a well-pulled pint and first class food quality and service. In 2023 the pub underwent a massive refurbishment and still looks fantastic today - a stylish and welcoming space for both diners and drinkers.

What we need from you
- Passion for hospitality - someone who genuinely cares about delivering memorable experiences
- Operational knowledge - a strong understanding of pub operations from cellar management to cashing up
- Leadership - confidence in leading and motivating a team and stepping up in the GM's absence
- Flexibility and reliability - willingness to adapt to the needs of the business
- Communication skills - clear and professional communication with both guests and team members
- Problem solving - calm under pressure and solutions focused
- Health and Safety - knowledge and understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
