WHO ARE WE?
The Crown & Kettle is a modern craft beer boozer housed in a historic grade II listed building serving the people of Ancoats since 1734. Independently ran following its rebirth in 2020 - The pub is famed for its excellence in customer service, superb craft beer selection and glorious curbside sun-trap. With tap takeovers, pop-ups, weekly quiz nights and DJs theres something for everyone at The Crown & Kettle.
In 2024 we opened our second pub (and events venue) The Rat & Pigeon. Were a growing independent business searching for career driven individuals looking to commit to an exciting future as we continue to grow.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Running the Show: Overseeing the daily operations of our lively pub - youll bend over backwards to lift your team up in driving quality and consistency throughout the business
- Team Motivation: Inspire and develop our talented team of craft beer slingers and junior managers in delivering fantastic customer experiences
- Creativity Unleashed: Staying ahead of the pack - youll harness your entrepreneurial flair - bringing the best of your 3am ideas and wider vision to life to offer our punters something special
- Making it happen: You know talk is cheap and taking action is key to delivering meaningful results
- Community Champion: Build strong relationships within the community and ensure The Crown & Kettle remains Ancoats favourite independent boozer with an All welcome, always ethos
WHO ARE YOU:
