At Aspire People, we're recruiting a purpose-driven, enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join one of our friendly and supportive partner primary schools in North Manchester (covering postcodes M8, M9, and M40). This long-term position is available to start ASAP, supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

You'll be joining a nurturing school community with an experienced teaching team that's committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils within EYFS, including children with additional needs

Promoting inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour

Supporting the class teacher in lesson delivery, planning, and adapting resources

Helping to create a stimulating, safe, and engaging learning environment

Contributing to the overall development and wellbeing of pupils

What We're Looking For:

Recent and relevant experience in an educational setting or similar childcare role

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (e.g. CACHE, Childcare, NNEB) or equivalent experience

A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN or additional learning needs

A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
