What You Will Do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support across various classrooms
Assist teachers with learning tasks, behaviour support and routines
Help pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social development
Adapt to different schools and quickly build rapport with pupils
Gain real classroom experience to support future teaching or psychology careers
We're Looking For Graduates With
A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or similar (preferred)
A strong interest in SEN and child development
Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
A patient, calm and confident approach
Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple schools
