What You Will Do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support across various classrooms

  • Assist teachers with learning tasks, behaviour support and routines

  • Help pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social development

  • Adapt to different schools and quickly build rapport with pupils

  • Gain real classroom experience to support future teaching or psychology careers



We're Looking For Graduates With

  • A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or similar (preferred)

  • A strong interest in SEN and child development

  • Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)

  • A patient, calm and confident approach

  • Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple schools
