The Role:As a Science Technician, you will be a crucial part of the science faculty, ensuring lessons run smoothly by providing technical support and maintaining safe, well-equipped laboratories. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and setting up apparatus and materials for practical experiments in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and stored.

Assisting teaching staff during practical sessions and demonstrations.

Managing stock levels and ordering supplies where necessary.

Upholding health and safety standards within the science department.

A degree in a Science-related subject is essential (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related field).

Previous experience working in a school or laboratory environment is beneficial, though not essential.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

A proactive and reliable attitude.

A genuine interest in supporting secondary education.

Competitive daily rate of £100-£110.
