An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive Ofsted-rated Good school in Eccles.

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Location: Eccles

About the Role:
We're looking for someone passionate about helping children with complex needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) to reach their full potential. You'll provide tailored support in the classroom, assist with personal care, and use Team Teach strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with additional needs in both individual and group settings.
  • Assist with personal care routines in a respectful and supportive way.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to deliver individualised learning plans.
