The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in primary and secondary schools across the Manchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience, support pupils’ learning, and contribute to a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

• Assist pupils with their learning on a one-to-one or small group basis.

• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

• Support classroom management and promote good behaviour.

• Contribute to pupils’ social and emotional development.

Requirements

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Previous experience working within a school setting is desirable.

• A proactive, supportive, and nurturing approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
