At Aspire People, we're looking for enthusiastic and caring Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work in our partner primary schools across North Manchester (covering postcodes M8, M9, and M40). This role is ideal for anyone with relevant experience who is looking to begin or continue their career in education.
While you don't need a formal TA qualification, you must have experience working or volunteering with children within the last two years.
Role Overview:
Supporting pupils in class under the guidance of the class teacher
Assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons and activities
Providing 1:1 or small group support when required
Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupil confidence
Helping with classroom setup and general support throughout the school day

Have experience working with children (e.g. coaching, mentoring, youth work, or childcare)
Are patient, adaptable, and reliable
