Interim Recruitment Coordinator

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting this leading property development company in their search for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator on an interim basis.

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Recruitment and HR teams in ensuring that top talent is attracted and retained in order to drive the company's growth and success.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for coordinating all recruitment administration for employees and temps from the advert stage to interviews, undertake advert placement on the relevant media and monitor progress, escalating any issues or suggesting new ways to attract talent.This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Team, with a highly inclusive and collaborative culture, allowing you the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, and get involved in Recruitment projects and initiatives.

About You:

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills along with proven experience of delivering a customer-focused recruitment administration service and excellent organisational and Excel skills.
