We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Services company for the role of HR Manager. You’ll play a strategic role in leading the HR function, driving employee engagement initiatives, shaping people policies, and ensuring effective HR operations that support overall business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with laws
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Administer performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development
- Maintain a positive working environment
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of payroll, benefits, and HR records
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- HR Management experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- CIPD Level 5 or above
