We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Services company for the role of HR Manager. You’ll play a strategic role in leading the HR function, driving employee engagement initiatives, shaping people policies, and ensuring effective HR operations that support overall business objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with laws
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
  • Administer performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development
  • Maintain a positive working environment
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of payroll, benefits, and HR records

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • HR Management experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools
  • Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • CIPD Level 5 or above
