SF are thrilled to be working with a wholesaler in Manchester who are looking for an experienced and adaptable Head of HR to come and join their team. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience within a senior HR background who has operated within an SME is desirable but not essential and someone who is able to manage a small team.
This is a hands one role and we are looking for someone who can turn their hand and move between the highly strategic work and the operational day day-to-day HR tasks. This role will play a critical part in the senior leadership team, partnering with department heads in order to implement HR strategies, leading the development of the workforce and be a lead advisor on leadership development and OD.
Key skills;
- Previous experience within a business partner role or similar
- Be a strategic thinker and have the ability to implement the people strategy and drive performance
- Have experience in being able to identify and develop talent at all levels
- Have previous experience in OD and leading business change
- Be able to manage and maintain various projects across the business
- Be a strong communicator with a can-do attitude, someone who will turn their hand to strategic and operational tasks
This role will act as a key advisor and coach for the businesses senior leaders and will support them effectively in everything from talent development, culture, people strategies and more!
This is a varied and exciting role based in Manchester and is paying a salary of £65K - £75K depending on experience.
