HR Advisor | Fixed-Term (6 Months) | Manchester
Salary: Up to 38,000 DOE + Company Car + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, 6-month FTC (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible working may be available)
We're working closely with a respected social housing provider in Manchester who is looking to bring in an HR Advisor to support their team during a busy period.
This role is ideal for someone with generalist HR experience looking to make an impact in a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers across the business
- Manage employee relations cases, including attending hearings
- Coach managers on best practices and people management
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding
- Monitor and manage absence reporting and planning
- Assist with HR reporting and data tracking
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
- Maintain strong working relationships with trade unions
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Assistant role
- Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- CIPD Level 5 is a plus but not essential
